Thanks Noel. I had already checked Google and came up with that. I
should have asked is it applicable to Windows ME? From what I gather it is a NT file and not applivaple to ME. Is this correct? What is System32.dll?
System32.dll is not part of the Win ME or WinXP default filesets.
