I 'm failed to solve internet connection problem, so don't see other way
than reinstall windows 98SE. What troubles and issues will cause reinstalling windows over? I want keep some important programs, files, so can no make a clean installation. However, clean installation is best for system performance. I see possible issues with registry, windows 98 much worse handle registry entries; the other thing is reinstalling will cause strong hard disk fragmentation; the necessity install plenty of updates. mistral |

Make a new connect configuration via Dial Up Networking. What troubles and issues will cause reinstalling windows over?
