No address box to enter websites
I am using Windows 98 and have just changed ISP. I do not have an address
box to go directy to a website. My computer takes me to a search engine. I see the word address at the top of microsoft internet explorer, but when I click on it no box appears. I spoke with my ISP who states this is a browser problem. Please help -- Donna |

No address box to enter websites
If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it, you may want to move that to a different position first. Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in View-Toolbars. ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP Windows -Internet Explorer On Sat, 5 Jan 2008 10:02:00 -0800, in microsoft.public.win98.internet, Donna wrote: I am using Windows 98 and have just changed ISP.
