Hi Marcella,

Make the changes in Display Properties and click enter.
Its the same thing a clicking Ok.

Easy fix. First - restart & make sure you're not in 'Safe

Mode'. If not, go to Control Panel/Display/Settings and
change the screen resolution there to the largest that is
available to you (1024 if it's there). Also, set the color
quality to the highest you have. This should fix the
problem.
