Default task bar moved

all of a sudden, my taskbar (which ran along the bottom of
the screen, where I like it) is running along the right
side of the screen. I can't find anything in help that
refers to this; how do I get it back to where it belongs?

Press and hold the right mouse button on the clock, drag it back to the bottom and
