Default General Protection Fault in module...

Hi all.
Sometimes, when I try to run several programs, it's
crashed and give me a notice:

Example:

"Run32.dll caused a General Protection Fault in module
User.exe".

Can you pleased show me how I have to do to solve this
problem?
