Default "Windows Mouse Support" box

I am sure that some people here are familiar with the dialog box that notifies users that "Windows did not detect a mouse attached... You may safely attach a serial mouse now." I recently told Windows 98 not to display this box again, and now would like to get this box back. How do I go about doing that?
