cannot delete files
I recently ran norton anti-virus and it detected several
spyware and adware files. NAV then asked me if I wanted to delete them. I checked them off and tried to delete them but I received an error message stating that I was not authorized to delete them. I then found them on the using the path through my computer and tried to highlight and delete them, drag and drop them into my trash, etc. nothing worked. Any idea how I can get rid of these? I'm guessing they were installed when I installed kazaa |
