Do you want the cheap way or the expensive way.
Cheap - email them... Still cheap - install free ftp server on your PC, or maybe on your mac and transfer them with ftp. Expensive - buy a commercial sharing product like "Dave" - I think that is the name. Expensive - I believe some versions of windows have appletalk built in. Expensive - I believe some versions of macos have Netbui built in. Someone else will likely come along and give more specifics. It would help if you describe your question with more specifics.
