Unable to log off windows
My older computer will not shut down by loging off windows from the start
menu. It just keeps coming back on. I can only shut it off by using the main power source. The button on the pc will turn it on, but will not turn it off. Is this a power button problem? Or a problems in windows? (I have current NORTON antivirus, updated and scanned daily. Thank you for any help.
