Stuck on Start Up Screen
I hope someone can help me. I have a windows 98se computer. I cant get past
the blue windows logo start up screen. I can get into safe mode but once I'm there I'm not sure what to do to fix this problem. Can someone please help me. I dont have any restore disks etc. This comp was given to me. There is nothing on it that I have to save no such files or etc. I just need to know how to get it up and running. Thanks, Amy

You have to identify what is loading in normal mode and holding up the boot.
