98 network sharing installed but not working!
I installed file sharing on a Windows-98 computer without
problems and rebooted, but sharing is not available. Of course I completely uninstalled all network components and reinstalled them but without success. As a consultant I have installed dozens of 98 networks but have never had this problem before.
