cant download emails by OLE6

My Computer specification: Laptop Panasonic Model No. CF-S22 (Purchased on
2000)
GenuineIntel Pentium[r] Processor Intel MMX(TM) Technology RAM: 95 Mb Hard
Disk: 4 Gb
OS: Windows 98, 4.10.1998, RAM: 95.0 Mb Japanese Ver.
BIOS Ver.: V100L12
Serial No of Windows: 28603-OEM-0002453-09200

Outlook Express: 6.00

Recently I can't download my emails from hotmail. The error message says
either the mail has deleted or effective period of server has expired (words
might be slightly different as I am translating the Japanese error message.)
Error number: 0x800C0155
Port:0
Security: (SSL) No

Information of emails appear in top tray of OLE but content of emails
doesn't appear in buttom tray.
Strangely I have no problem sending emails.

Thanks for your comments. DO you think they will reply. DO they have a FAQ
page? I should add that I have no problem reading my newsgroup for sending
and receiving messages but only for emails. THis is in accordance with your
comments.
