I recently discovered that my cont-alt-delete function
is not working, using Win98 SE

This works sometimes.

Look in the system.ini file under the [386Enh] section for the line:
LocalReboot=Off and change it to: LocalReboot=On. If there is no line, add
it. For some reason, this will sometimes fix the problem even though this
is a fix for another problem. Save the file and reboot.
