Default toolbar

My cat's walked on my keyboard and now my start toolbar is
on the right hand side. I have tried dragging it and the
only part that wiil move is the the part with the quick
launch on it. Please help.

i GOT IT ALL TOGETHER AND IT'S ACROSS THE TOP NOW. It
still won't drag to the bottom however. How do I move it
back to the bottom?

Left click the clock and move the cursor to the bottom of the monitor and
release
