how do i run a program from the ms dos(pq magic)

Read the instructions that come with Partition Magic. As I recall, you need
to make floppy disks during the installation of the program.

There is some recent versions that have dual programs, one runs only in dos,
one only in windows. Older versions won't work, PM 2.0 will not run windows
for instance. So rephrase the question.
