Missing "New/ Folder" option in Windows Explorer menu (Win98se)
When I bring up Windows Explorer, click on a drive or
folder, then click on "FILE" there is no "NEW" tab thus no "FOLDER" option in the menu. Anyone have info on this problem. Thx, Aubrey
