adjusting view size?
Had a problem with monitor and video card. Everything is up and running but here's a problem. (This also pops up once in a while on my other system but not to this extent). When I open a new screen, in this example my scanning program and control window, it runs off the bottom of the screen and I can't get to the OK, Cancel, Apply buttons, even if I click and drag the top as high as I can. Suggestions please as this happens on other programs as well, L.

After posting this, had a thought.
