Default Only FireFox Can Access MS NewsGroups

Trying to access ANY MS NewsGroup here IE6 updated has given me "Page cannot
Be Found" error for 4 days / Using FireFox 1.0 for entry; IE6Has always
cleared up sooner. Recently found Tools/Options/Internet/Custom Security with
most Active X Disabled (HIGH) setting; Made Medium; Recent MS Patch advised
possible issues with Active X and a fix if you have 12 degrees in computer
science; Since FireFox has no Active X I'm suspicious the NewsGroup no-access
is Active X related. NOD32, SpywareBlaster, AdAware SE, BHO Demon, Stinger
scan show OK; Any ideas??
