Default Dialog Box Print dows not appear

I have a WinME with 2 problems

1) The default printer changes on every boot. (If i configure Printer2 as
Default Printer, on reboot, Printer 1 is always the Default printer)

and

2) I ANY app, the Print dialog box does not appear. Example: If i open any
office and any other app, and if i use the Print command (menus, keyborad
shortcuts, any method) the app prints all pages in the default printer
without any warning ou dialog box.
