Default Allow Access to Certain Websites Only

How can I block a Win98 computer (using IE6) to only allow access to certain
sites? This is a computer we setup in our customer lobby for billing and
don't want them to access anything other than our Website.

Thanks!

Excellent! I looked all over MS and Google and couldn't find this. The
search is so broad, all I got were net nanny type software ads!
