my color is stuck in 16bit i get message spool32 cause
error in MMSYSTEM.DLL any ideas on fixing this.

for the spool32 error - try removing/uninstalling your printer, and

I had a Lexmark printer, and the printer supply portion of the printer program caused many Spool32 errors on start up. After deleting the separate printer supply portion of the program, I had no more errors. .
