Default Can't Enter Passwords or Usernames. Why?

Can anyone offer a solution as to why I cannot enter my
user names or password on any website. When I go to any
website and I am directed to the portion of the site
where you would enter such information, the entry fields
remain blank, and the curser disappears not allowing me
to enter anything. Please feel free to email me directly
at and release me from this world of
aggravating hell! Many thanks for any support or advise
you can offer :-) P.S. I can surf the net with no
problems, so I do have connectivity
