Default You have not logged onto this computer before yes/no ?

I need to get rid of the Windows Networking dialogue box that appears after I
have done a Novell Netware login - specifically I need it to be NO so that
Office XP will not complain that it is not installed (when it is).

The network gives my users unique desktops,Start menus etc via Poledit and
I need this feature.

Can this be done ?
