Default instmsia.exe

Had a meltdown on my laptop running 98se and had to
reinstall the OS. Now when I try to install some utility
programs I have troubles because I do not have the proper
version of file 'instmsia.exe'. Can't locate it on the
Microsoft web page. Any suggestions?
Thanks

It's the Windows Installer. Usually it comes with most
software-installers (i.e. it is extracted from within the installer when
you execute it) that uses it but can be downloaded from
http://www.installengine.com/Msiengine20/instmsia.exe. I think
version 2.0.2600.2(2002-02-18) is the latest.
