While checking my faultlog.txt file to see if the other users of this
machine encountered any errors, I found one I've never seen before.

ZCLIENTM caused an invalid page fault in
module BCKG.DLL at 01a7:7e2e6cd1.

Any ideas on why or how this occurred? I wasn't told what happened to cause
this error.

Both zclientm.exe and bckg.dll are part of the MSN Gaming Zone and
installed on Win Me when the user opts to install Internet Games in
Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup | Games. There can be many possible
reasons for such an error and I wouldn't worry about it unless you see it
again.

If you see this problem again you might want to consider either using
system restore and rolling your system back to a checkpoint created before
these errors started or reinstalling Internet Games by first uninstalling
(Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup | Games - Details and uncheck
Internet Games, OK and then Apply. Then reboot and reinstall Internet
Games.

The games I believe were installed when this machine was first loaded with
Windows. When I go to the Windows setup tab I get an empty list box.

An empty box and no error message? It would appear that someone might
have been playing with a registry cleaner (although most would be better
called "registry destroyer"). If that is the case I would suggest
restoring the deleted registry entries using the backup made when they
were removed.

I don't use any reg destroyer. I do use CCleaner, but I think that this
particular problem started way before that.

In which case I would urge you to undo the changes you made using
CCleaner.
