Default Error messages, website unable

I get error messages for int. expl. "explorer has caused
an error in Kernel32.dll or schdoclc.dll or unknown if
continue to have problem try restart.....Also this window
is busy ..closing may cause problem.
can't get any wbsites but connects through modem ok for e-
mail send and receive
any help ...please ....Thankyou
