Those are the details, I turn on the PC and this is what it says. I reboot
and get the same thing.

A message that simply says
"Can anyone please tell me if there is a fix to this issue? Thank you! "
can hardly be said to contain details. You might also want to use the
message body rather than the subject line to convey information to those
who might want to try and help.

When I got the spool32 error message on boot up, I had to delete the
Lexmark, seperate printer supply program, that was downloaded with the
regular printer program. Never saw thar error again.
