Reformatting the hard disk
I tried to delete the viruses using Norton anti virus,
which infected my PC, but I couldn't delete them. In order to get rid of the viruses, I tried to reformat the hard drive but I got a message, "The Windows is running. You can't reformat your hard disk" Is there a way you can show me how to reformat the hard drive and then I can reload Windows ME. I am looking forward to hear from you. Thank you Hussien M Ahmedin

Reformatting the hard disk
You can only format the drive containing the windows folder by booting to DOS
and running the format command from the DOS prompt.
