What update compresses pictures and enlarges them to
normal size so they can be sent or printed?

Default update that gives image toolbar display

There is no system update that will do this - although Compressed folders
will compress the file itself, it gives no control over the actual picture.
You need to install a graphics application for this task. - Irfanview is
worth trying - and it's free!
