Default Embedded Logo in IO.sys how to edit? How to remove?

Does anyone know how to change...and remove the logo embedded within
IO.sys?

I know about disabling it in MSDOS.sys...and about creating Logo.sys
files...that is not what I am asking about.

I want to be able to edit/patch/hack IO.sys to change the embedded
logo...and also to remove it completely which will shrink the size of
the resulting IO.sys file.

Any suggestions...pointers, etc most appreciated.

Thanks.
