Direct Daip-up to XP,
hi everyone,
i manage to make a direct modem dail-up connection between my remote Win98 PC and my server WinXP PC. however, i wonder how can i detect or find out what is my server WinXP is during that connection. i am not using a fix IP for my WinXP PC. if both of them are running in XP, i can check my server or remote IP by just simply right click the small Dail-up icon at the bottom right conner and go to "Status- Details". hope there is a way to find out my XP IP from my Win98 remote pc. thank you. |
