Default how to get rid of "adultartel" home page in I explorer

Mine is also coverted, and sends emails (not shown as sent=20
in folder) ofering dicounts on Windows XP, Office, Adobe,=20
Corel stuff at unknown stores (several).
It looks as it=B4s a spyware or a worm.
Does anyone knows how to get rid of it?
