Default VWIN32(05)+000012D0 Error: 0E:0028:C02A44A8

Hello

This error keeps popping almost every other time when I
shut down. I have to power-off my computer and is making
things difficult. Sometimes it happens when I am working
too. Any help is appreciated.

Default VWIN32(05)+000012D0 Error: 0E:0028:C02A44A8

I am getting the same Fatal Exception Error 0028:co2a27a8 in VXD VWIN32(05) + 000012DO at Shut down. It only happens when I browse with IExplore6 (my primary browser is CompuServe). I'm stuck on this one. It all started when I upgraded to IExplorer 6. I am running Windows 98SE and Norton Utilites. Some on told me that I may have not completely deleted the old version of IExplorer befour I installed the new one. Therefore I deleted the old version(by removing files to the trash) and reinstalled it again and still got the same error meassage. Now I'm stuck! It control panel wout let me remove IExplore 6. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
