Default russian keyboard

Hi

This is on behalf of a client. I don't have ME myself, so I am a little
unsure.

The client needs a Russian Keyboard (virtual). It was there, but seems
to have disappeared somehow after the last web update. When she tries to
installk the keyboard again (controlpanel = keyboard = add) it tries
to copy a file (no name given) which it doesn't find on the CD.

What is the file's name, and where can I get it (I assume it would work
to place a copy of that file locally somewhere and install it the
keyboard from there, i.e. point to that folder instead of the CD). Is it
a .dll or is it hidden in a .cab of some kind?

Thanks,
- Daniel

It's confusing... If you are asking about _Virtual_ keyboard then
it's NOT related to the _Real_ keyboard layout set by
(controlpanel = keyboard = add)

Anyway,

1) Virtual Keyboard that can be used on-line or off-line
(by doing File/SaveAs in browser and opening local file
later):

http://Kbd.RusWin.net

2) Real keyboard.
Looks like it's a corrupted file kbdru.KBD.

Yes, you can get it from MS site - it's inside
"MS Multilanguage Support".
Please read my instruction for Windows 95/98/ME
and you'll see where to get this file when system asks
for it:

Thanks for your answer!

Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant "virtual" as in
"not-the-physical-hardware-keyboard"; I meant the software that assignes
key values to the input signals: what you call "Real Keyboard".
