Hi,

Anyone know if there is a patch/utility available for fixing the new DST
on Windows 98?

I found this tzedit.exe utility from the web. Do you know if it works
with Windows 98.

Yes, it works on Win98. If you don't intend to travel, it will work quite
nicely, in fact. But if your machine will be changing time zones, it might
get to be a pain to remembe3r to use TZEdit for each one. That's why I'm
making a REG file to cover all of the changes to time zones that Microsoft
recently updated for the newer OSes. Mostly done, I just need to set up a
test system to make sure I'm not missing anything. Still recovering from a
biopsy, though, and my "up time" is limited.
