Default Windows Updates

After following microsfts direction and deleting and
reinstalling ActiveX Contol I still recieve error messages
it then told me to run some tests, one which failed but
had no direction on how to fix, was type in Run command
INITPKI.DLL. It failed with the following code 0x800B0004.
Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

We need to know what your problem is as well as what you've done to fix it
so far!

That said, the following may help
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=836987

Note - in method 3, include the following command in the list
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
