With 82MB of free RAM you are wasting RAM possibly as a result of using a
third party snake oil product that claims to free up RAM but instead often
helps wreck a systems performance. How are you measuring this "free RAM"?
What problems are you experiencing? Win Me has a pretty good memory
manager, the best of any of the Win 9x operating systems and is best left
to do its job unhindered. Do this and it will find a use for virtually
every byte of available RAM you have in your system and would never dream
of allowing 82MB of it to be unused.
