Default PCI ATM Controller

I receive a message everytime I boot up that my PC has
located new hardware the PCI ATM Controller. Then I'm
prompted to search for the compatible driver. I click
cancel and the bootup continues. I never installed this
hardware to my knowledge and this began after I installed
the software for my ISP. Can I locate this PCI file and
delete without repercussions?
