Can anyone tell me what a scripting error 30 could be.
When you open the control panel it is blank then you get
that message.

What changes did you make to your system around the time this problem started?
Have you been using a registry cleaner of some sort? If so it is possible
that you have removed some of the registry entries required to access both
system restore and the control panel alternatively the file jscript.dll may be
damaged or missing.

For more information see the MS Knowledge Base article 309663 - "Control
Panel, Help, and System Restore Are Empty or Partially Empty"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=309663) which might help in fixing this
problem. If not please post details of what you changes you made.

Alternatively if this problem has only recently started and has another cause
you might want to consider using system restore to roll your system back to a
time before this problem started, provided, of course, that that was not more
than a few days ago.
