| If you have spelled the file name correctly, it is likely part of a
virus.

| Just recieved a call from my Mother saying she can't acsess
| the internet. She's called her ISP (Brighthouse) and, after
| having gone through several layers of tech assistance, was
| told she has a corrupt winsock32.dll file and needs to
| download another one(?). How is this possible? How can this
| be accomplished if she can't get online? She has already
| power-cycled her computer a couple of times and has
| re-installed the OS (win98se upgrade from win95). Also, all
| her browser setting are configured properly. Is it possible
| for me to downloan this file on my computer, as an iso
| perhaps, and install it onto hers? I've "Googled",
| "Teomaed", "Dogpiled", "Microsofted(?)", etc., and just
| can't seem to find anything resembling a fix. Any help or
| suggestions regarding this dilemma would be most appreciated!
| Thank you.

Wait a minute! I do have it. But there is no "...32..." in it.
