Forget it. If you had the competence you would know either how to do it
or give up. I would suggest you forget about it.

Mike, real mature, appreciate the insult. My question still stands if anyone
has some patience.

Mike, real mature.

Yes, just like your repeated request for instructions as to how to insert
a line in a text file. You need to demonstrate some knowledge and
competence if you are going to get help. To date you've shown neither but
instead enthusiasm tinged with at best immaturity and at worst ignorance.
You're clearly seem willing to learn so start off with a book and use
Google, especially Google Groups and then come back for help with those
areas that aren't covered there.

When you show some common sense. Something that has been sorely lacking
in many of your posts to date. Please see my previous suggestions as to
what you should be doing.

Let me add a word to Mike's response:

Impossible.

As Mike has indicated, changing these strings would require both tools and
knowledge that would eliminate the need to ask the question. This ain't
like changing a start-up screen. It would require an intimate knowledge of
how executable files are built and one slip would likely render Windows
inoperable and potentially could result in hardware damage.
