Default Unable to browse network

I am trying to print to a printer that is hooked up to a
Win 98 computer, and I am using a Win 98 computer. Print
sharing is enabled on both computers, and the workgroups
are the same on both computers. However, when i click on
entire network, i keep getting an error that says "unable
to browse network". can anyone help me? I appreciate it
