This (my) message was simultaneously posted to

post made by "banu222") and e-mailed to the following people as a
complaint of abuse of their usenet server and internet-connectivity

Why doesn't the "banter" server include the proper email address of the
poster for the posts that it injects into usenet?

That is not a proper email address for that user. It's just a duplicate
of the message-id.
