Default Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

I have an older Dell Latitude CP that I am trying to re-
install windows 98 Se on. the machine itslef DOES NOT
have a COE sticker on it. The Official Guide and the
original DELL Cd RE-INSTALLATION CD don't have it either.
The manuel wioth the Cd syas to look on the computer
itself- but no COA there. Howe do I obtyain the COA (or
retrieve it) for this machine???
