Default Inability to access Microsoft Online Assisted Support

I need to present subject problem which bears on MSN e-
mail message moves and for which I could not find an
answer in MSN Help. I am rebuffed when I try to get past
the "Sentry" at the entrance to Microsoft Online Assisted
Support and ask about the procedure for moving messages
from folders on my computer to like-named folders on a
different machine. I want to move the messages in
an "append" process, rather than overwriting messages
extant in the destination computer.

The "Sentry" keeps displaying the message "(yellow
triangle) Please enter a valid Product ID Number and try
again. Make sure the Product ID Number is of the form:
12345-xxx-7654321-98765."

I duly registered my MS98SE several years ago when I
installed it and Microsoft Online Assisted Support page
displays:
