windows me

hi bob.........im just a beginner at this...........when i
sign on i can get on internet through
autodailler.......but cant get on as normal as it keeps
coming up flashwindows.dll error......not
detected..........and i cant access lots of programms....i
also have an extra AOL icon with a little red spider on
it.........hope you can help...........ty

I assume that you're using AOL to connect normally?
and now you have another way to access the internet all of a sudden?
TERMINATE IT!!
It's probably using VERY expensive international calls to log on!!!

You may have a virus/spyware hijack

download the Stinger from here and run it to make sure that A-V-disabling
viruses are not present on your PC

- update your virus scanner and run a full system scan of all files.

Reboot to Safe Mode and run CWShredder - to remove variants of the
CoolWebSearch hijacker.
