display icons, pages, etc are too large for the screen

Default display icons, pages, etc are too large for the screen

The display on my monitor screen does not show all of the
web page like it used to. My icons are larger and I have
to scroll up/down- left/right to read page content. This
just started a couple of days ago. How do I correct this?
