Default Sytem Tray Items

I have many programs (and need to have them there) in system tray, which causes a shorter (annoying)
taskbar.

Is there any free program which will manage my tray items (as we can in Win XP). Hides the inactive
items and places them in a clickable tool bar.

Thanx in advance

Farhan
