Default Fitting window to screen

This may be either an internet or display problem.

I am growing increasingly irratated at having to
constantly scroll left to right, in order to fully view
web pages. How do I fit the page to my screen so that I
can view it in total? Without scrolling.
Even this page is to large horizontally to fully view. I
understand how to click the top border in order to fit to
screen. But after fixing one side the other is screwed up
again - and vice versa. Thankyou.

What do you do to 'fix' one side? If you are using the maximise button and
part of the image disappears off the screen then that sounds like the
monitor front panel width control needs adjusting.
